  • Oversees the work of both deli and register to ensure quality customer service, and an appropriate variety of accurately made food for our customers.

  • Personally, establish strong rapport with customers and vendors and demonstrate customers are always a priority
  • Observes employees and offer feedback on level of service being provided to customers on a consistent basis. Greet the customer, engage in conversation and offering customer assistance; being quick and efficient during transaction. Is a leader in loyalty.

Store Presentation- Maintains a well- presented store on a consistent basis

  • Cashwrap stocked, clean and organized.
  • Confidential information out of customer view
  • Training and assistance with new employees on the register
  • Suggestive selling demonstrated when appropriate
  • Keeps store shoppable and appealing to our customers
  • Responds to business needs by updating and refreshing store presentation
  • Store and backroom organized for efficiency
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintain store appearance to make products enticing
